The dread of the scales is real. It can cause so many anxiety issues but it really doesn't have to. As we all know, the scales are just one part of our success but they still remain the biggest fear... Some even stay away when they think they have gained. A lot of this stems from years of losing weight and our love hate relationship with ourselves. You haven't failed because you gained. You just had a week where something happened either unexpected, expected, or literally no control. This is absolutely normal and shouldn't be feared.
